The characteristics of short-path still and thin-film evaporator
Short path distiller is a special liquid-liquid separation technology, which is different from traditional distillation which relies on boiling point difference. This is a process of distilling and purifying heat-sensitive substances or high-boiling substances by using the difference in the free path of motion of different substances under high vacuum.
Short path distiller is mainly used in chemical, pharmaceutical, petrochemical, perfume, plastic and oil industries. The system can also be used in the process of recovering organic solvents from industrial waste liquid. It can improve the operating difficulties of ordinary distillation environment. Since short-path distillation only needs to be between the cold and hot surfaces, when the temperature difference is reached, it can be separated at different temperatures.
The scraper system of the thin film evaporator is made of PTFE material and SS316L stainless steel material, which has high corrosion resistance; the temperature of the system can reach 200℃; the scraper system can force the liquid into a thin film by rotating, providing evaporation efficiency and reducing operation time ; The high-precision glass tube makes the liquid form a complete integrated film on the heating surface.
In traditional distillation, bubbling and boiling will occur at high temperatures. These problems can also be solved by short-path distillation. It can evaporate freely on the surface of the liquid film, and because of its low operating pressure, similar problems will not occur. It can be applied to various substances, which is also unattainable by ordinary distillation.
Ordinary distillation needs to master the balance dynamics between liquid and gas phase, but it changes this situation. In daily life under heating, people can use short-path molecular distillation to further purify sea buckthorn oil. Unsaturated fatty acids flow down the heating surface due to the short free path of molecular motion, and are separated from the crude oil to obtain product oil.
